Superheroine faces off against a villainous duo in the second Frequency film

Coco is back as Starwave in the second installment of the Frequency series, but this time she's in trouble as she's been handed over to a villainous third party, Christoph, who is known for breaking the will of heroines worldwide. Joined by X, a hero on loan from ally Lynxa, who has stolen Skullion tech from the previous film, Christoph and X use the tech to keep Starwave under control and whittle away at her psyche and self-control.
