St Catherines Episode 83 Bullying again part 2

In part two Betty is kneeling in the Punishment Tray for 30 minutes holding the cane in front of her. When the 30 minutes were up, she was given 6 hard cane strokes across her white school knickers who then came down and the bullying little madam received 12 hard cane strokes across her bare bottom. Then she was sent back to her classroom her bottom red and welted stinging under her school skirt.
