I woke up in the morning, went to work out with my PT for 1 hour then run 5 miles!! With the mask between my foot and my socks, you can't imaging how smelly and sweaty it was! Before he goes out to work and do his meetings I ordered him to come on his knees in front of me and I put the mask directly on his face and made him sniff for several minutes...
